Please visit the journal's submission site. You can find a link in the journal’s manuscript submission guidelines. 

On the log in page, there is a link to reset your password. Select it and enter the email address associated with the submission site account.

Please check whether you already have an account before creating a new one. You will likely have an account if you have reviewed or submitted to the journal in the past year.
