Each journal has its own submission site, to find this please follow the instructions in How can I make a submission to a Sage journal? 

To submit a manuscript you are required to create an account. Please use the credentials you specified during the submission process to access your account. 

Please check whether you already have an account before creating a new one. You will likely have an account if you have reviewed or submitted to the journal in the past year. 

Further, on the log in page, there is a link to reset your password. Select it and enter the email address associated with the submission site account.
