How do I download a holdings report/KBART file for my Sage journal's entitlements?

Modified on Mon, 25 Nov at 12:31 PM

As administrator for your institution's Sage Journals account, you can retrieve a list of your entitlements in a holdings report.

What is a holdings report?

The holdings report is a KBART II tab-delimited text file listing all of your institution's entitlements, and can be used for:

  • Audit purposes: The report lists every title for which your institution has a subscription or which it has purchased, along with the pertinent metadata to confirm each holding.
  • Knowledge base configuration: Use the holdings report to configure Sage Journals entitlements in your knowledge base. For more information on the vendors we work with and instructions on configuring your knowledge base, please check the holdings report page in your Sage Journals administrator account.
