Why does a journal show closed padlocks on Sage Journals when I should have access through my society membership?

Please refer to the instructions sent to you by your society or Sage Membership Team as this will detail which of the two available access methods you should be using.

For access via your secure members area on your society website, please ensure you are logged in using your society credentials. For access via Sage Journals, please ensure you are logged in using your Sage Journals credentials.
