Overview

At Sage, we offer multiple payment options to make your ordering experience as convenient as possible. You can place your order online through our website or call our customer services department to place your order over the phone. If you are an institution, you can place your order via purchase orders.

For North, Central and South America:

    Credit Card

Please note that due to GDPR and CCPA regulations, we cannot accept credit card payment via email. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Credit card orders must be placed via our website at www.sagepub.com or by calling our customer service department at 1-800-818-7243 between 8am and 5pm PST Monday to Friday. This is to ensure the security of your personal and financial information.

    Purchase Orders

For Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania:

Credit Card

Please note that due to GDPR and CCPA regulations, we cannot accept credit card payment via email. We accept Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Pre-payment by credit card is necessary for orders made through our Sage Books online site. 

We will not debit money from your credit card until just before your book/s are dispatched. If you have ordered several books with different availabilities, we will debit your credit card as each of those books become available.

If you make a payment by Bank Transfer please quote at least one of the following as the payment reference:

Account number/name, Invoice Number (ends in I (capital i)), or the Quotation Number (ends in P).
