The following Returns Policy is for individual customers of Sage Ltd. (customers from UK, Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East)
If you wish to return your books order or have been asked to do so by our Customer Service team, please return it to the below address:

Please ensure the book is in resellable mint condition. Orders must be returned with the shrink wrap unopened or the code cover intact. To return any unwanted item for refund, this must be returned within 30 days from the date of dispatch.
Please ensure your return has a copy of the invoice inside the parcel. If this is not possible, please write out the following information and include this within your returns parcel:
