You can update your personal information, such as your name, billing address, and phone number (excluding email address), within the Subscription Renewals Portal.

Start by clicking the drop down arrow shown below: 

• To update your name or phone number, click on the drop-down arrow located in the top right corner, next to your name, and select 'Profile"
• To change your billing address, you can do this by selecting the same drop-down next to your name and select "My Billing Addresses" option.

Please note, any changes made to your billing address within the Subscription Renewals Portal will only apply to your credit card payment information and will not reflect on your account and final invoice. If you would like to make an update to your account information related to ordering and invoicing, including changes to your email address, please contact our Customer Services Team.
