How do I view my payment history in the Subscriptions Renewal Portal?

You can view your payment history by using the drop-down as shown in the below by selecting the "My Payment History". Here, you will find a record of all your subscription payments submitted through the Renewals Portal.



Any subscriptions that were paid outside of our Renewals Portal will not appear in this view. If you require a history of all payments, including those made outside the Renewals Portal, please contact our Customer Services Team who will be able to assist you further.

 For North, Central or South America, please call 800-818-7243 and press 1, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm PT.
