If your article is subject to Pay to Publish charges, before the article is due to be published an email will be sent to the authors with a link to the Payment Portal, this will also detail the charges that require payment. The link will allow you to register for the Payment Portal. The email is sent automatically from the email address ‘sagenoreply@sagepub.com’. If you have any problems, do not send queries to the this email address as it is not monitored. Instead, please select ‘Contact us’ within the Payment Portal and the Publishing Charges team will be able to assist you. Alternatively, you can also email the Publishing Charges team directly at publishingcharges@sagepub.co.uk Please ensure you include your article ID.
Are my login credentials to the Payment Portal the same as my other Sage Accounts?
No, the Payment Portal requires you to create a new profile and password.
If you would like to change any information that is appearing on the registration page, please contact the Publishing Charges team on publishingcharges@sagepub.co.uk or select ‘Contact us’ within the Payment Portal and fill out the form, someone will be in touch to assist you.
