Sage sends all updates to vendors on a weekly basis. KBART files are delivered every Friday across all our products.
As per agreement with the vendors, all vendors update the Sage data on their end on a weekly basis too. However, we have seen some vendors taking a little longer at the beginning of the year.
If you have any queries about Sage package updates, or notice any irregularities when using a Sage package, please let us know. Please include details about your Discovery Service and the Sage package when contacting us.
