Sage sends all updates to the vendors we work with on a weekly basis. As per agreement with the vendors, all vendors update the Sage data on their end on a weekly basis, too. We have seen some vendors taking a little longer at the beginning of the year.

KBART files are delivered every Friday across all our products. 

If you spot any irregularities then please do not hesitate to reach out to Online Technical Support. It would be helpful if you share the Discovery Services you use and what you are expecting versus what you are actually seeing.
