In some cases, we are aware that Sage may need to register and upload information to your institution's own portal so you can complete your Pay to Publish payment. In these instances, please email publishingcharges@sagepub.co.uk and include the following:
- The information you require from Sage
- Instructions to register and how to use your Portal
The team will then be able to complete the required process.
Kindly be advised that it is still necessary for you to register into the Sage's Payment Portal in order to verify payment through bank transfer or cheque. We require confirmation of payment type as this informs our system of the payment method making it easier to correctly allocate the payment.
