How do I resolve a Cloudflare error on Sage journals?

Overview

Cloudflare provides the security infrastructure utilized by our Sage Journals platform provider, Atypon. A few years ago, we experienced a DDoS attack that necessitated more stringent security configurations within Cloudflare.  As a result, certain IP traffic from proxy IPs was blocked. Atypon has maintained these heightened security settings ever since.


How do I resolve a Cloudflare error on Sage journals?

To mitigate DDoS attacks Atypon are limiting proxy traffic to only those proxy IPs that have been verified and are whitelisted.

To resolve a Cloudflare error from Sage journals, you will need to provide us with your EZproxy IP so that we can so that we can request Atypon to whitelist it.
