Overview

As account administrator you can view the coverage dates for your institution's subscriptions on the Access Entitlements page. To view the coverage dates for your entitlements, please follow the below steps.

Where can I find the coverage dates for my entitlements?

The coverage dates listed are taken from the earliest starting date on your account for that particular journal. 

1. Log on as account administrator to Sage Journals
2. Select 'Access/Profile' and then 'View profile'
3. Select 'Access entitlements' from the left-hand menu
    
4. Your access entitlements will be listed, showing the publication title, coverage dates, and access information 

What if an entitlement coverage date appears to be incorrect?

If the coverage date does not appear to be correct, it may be that there is an older license for the same journal on your account with the same start date. Please note, this only affects the displayed coverage date, and not your online access to your current subscription.
