What is a Market-Restricted Title?
A market-restricted title is a book that is unable to be sold outside of a geographical location. If you find a book that is unavailable for purchase, this may be a market restricted title and there is a possibility it may have an International Student Edition or eBook version.
If you click on the author’s name it will take you to a dedicated page that will show all of their available publications, including any International Student Editions. (See example below)
An International Student Edition is the version of a market-restricted title that can be sold outside of its restricted geographical location. An International Student Edition has the same content as its restricted counterpart, but the covers will differ.
