Please provide the following information in your correspondence:

  1. Order number
  2. Registered email address
  3. Address information
  4. Proof of multiple payments
  5. Payment amount     
  6. Date and time of payment     
  7. Last 4 digits of the credit card used. Please do not include your full credit card information via email.
