If you encounter any issues with your order, feel free to file a claim with us. When submitting a claim, our Customer Services team may require specific evidence and details to validate and address your concern. Providing this information streamlines the process, ensuring prompt resolution and accurate handling of your claim.

When can I submit a claim on my Sage books order? 

Damaged/Faulty

A damaged order includes physical damage to a book, which may have occurred in transit. A faulty order includes printing issues, for example missing pages, pages out of sequence, or black and white text instead of color. If your order is received in a damaged or faulty condition, please follow the instructions below to submit a claim.

Shortages

If your order is received and you have been invoiced/charged for a book that was not in the parcel, please follow the instructions below to submit a claim. 

Lost in Transit

If your order has not arrived in the expected time frame as listed on Sage Books Delivery Methods, Times and Costs, please follow the instructions below to submit a claim. Please wait until the expected timeframe has elapsed, before submitting a claim.

How do I submit a claim on my Sage books order?

To submit a claim regarding your Sage books order, please use the Contact Support button below to raise a ticket with our Customer Services team, alternatively you can call us on the following number depending on your location:

For Africa, Asia, Europe, or the Middle East, please call +44 (0)20 7324 8703, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm GMT.

For North, Central or South America, please call 800-818-7243 and press 1, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm PT.


 Please include as much of the following information in your correspondence as possible:

  • Account Number
  • Invoice Number
  • Date of the order
  • PO (Purchase Order) number
  • ISBN, Title and Quantity
  • Order Number (If you have placed an order online, this will start with ORD)
  • Name on the order
