What information should I include when submitting a claim to Sage Books Customer Service?

When submitting a claim, please include as much of the following information as possible:

  • Account Number
  • Invoice Number
  • Date of the order
  • PO (Purchase Order) number
  • ISBN, Title and Quantity
  • Order Number (If you have placed an order online, this will start with ORD)
  • Name on the order
