If you have placed an order via our website, you will be unable to make any changes online. To make any amendments, you will need to contact our Customer Services team, please view the specific instructions below depending on the change required. 


The time frame for making possible amendments is very short so we encourage you to contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. 


Please note, Sage is not open on Saturday and Sunday, therefore any correspondence sent during this time will be actioned on the following working day. 


Can I change my address after I have placed an order?


If you have already placed your order, you will be unable to manually change the billing or shipping address via our website.


If your order has already been dispatched, our Customer Services team will be unable to change both your billing or shipping address, please use the Customer Service contact details below to see if we can find a solution. 


If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to amend your billing or shipping address, or cancel the order so you can re-order with the correct details. If you would like to change your billing or shipping address, please contact Customer Services as soon as possible and include the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Order Number
  • New billing or shipping address


Can I amend the titles included in my order?


If you have ordered an incorrect title, please contact our Customer Service teams as soon as possible and include the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Order Number
  • Titles to be removed from the order


Please note, if your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the unwanted title. 


Can I apply a promo-code after placing my order?


If you have forgotten to use a discount or promo code after placing the order, our Customer Service team will need to raise a charge-only transaction for the discounted price and refund your original order via telephone call. Please contact our Customer Services team via phone or email to arrange this.


Can I change the quantity on my books order?


After placing your order, it is unlikely that we will be able to change the quantity on your order. Please contact Customer Services and we will investigate this on a case-by-case basis.
