Why can I not see my country listed when placing an order?

Sage Publications supplies and deliver to a wide range of countries world-wide. Therefore, iIf your country is not listed when attempting to open a new account or placing an online order, your location settings may be placing you elsewhere.

How to change my location settings?

To check your location settings on our website, navigate to Sage Publications.

From the home page, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and on the right-hand side, you will see the location settings.

The image below shows this, underneath the ‘Social’ section. This determines your location settings

If this is incorrect, please click the blue ‘Change location’ link.

This will prompt the below drop-down box to pop up, here you can select your correct location.

You can see from the drop-down menu we deliver to a wide range of locations. Once you have found your country of residence, select it and click ‘set’. This will refresh the page with the new location settings in place.

If your location settings were already correctly set, you may need to clear the cache of your web browser if experiencing issues. Please kindly clear the cache and then revisit the home page to reattempt the order. If you still experience issues, please contact our Customer Services team who can investigate.

Alternatively, we can offer the option to place an order over the telephone if you are comfortable doing so. Please note, orders placed over the telephone will need to be paid by Credit Card.
