To qualify for tax exemption, a valid tax exemption certificate must be on file in your account. Once this is provided, we will then be able to remove the tax from your invoice.
To have the tax removed from your invoice, please follow the below instructions:
For North, Central and South America, please contact our Customer Services Team by completing our Contact Us Form, email info@sagepub.com or call Customer Services on 800-818-7243 and press 1 Monday to Friday between 7am to 5pm PST.

UK Tax and VAT charges - Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East
If you have a registered VAT number and are charged VAT/Tax on your Sage invoice please contact us so we can update your account. Once we have your VAT on file we can issue you a new invoice and credit the original.
Please note the United Kingdom, South Africa and Switzerland will charge VAT even with a registered VAT number.
