North, Central and South America

As standard practice, we will issue quotes including tax. To qualify for a tax exemption, a valid tax exemption certificate must be on file in your account. After this, all further correspondence will include your tax exemption.

Can I have the tax removed from my Sage Books quote as I am tax exempt?

Once a tax exemption certificate has been provided and is validated, a new quotation can be prepared without tax. To create a tax exempt account, please view Can I create a tax-exempt account?

If using a Purchase Order, attach the tax exemption certificate to the Purchase Order and email it to along with the quote. Your account will then be marked as tax exempt for future orders.
