How do I change my Secure Center password?

If you would like to reset your password for a Secure Center platform, please follow the below instructions:

• Go to Secure Center 
• Press 'Forgotten Password'
• Enter the account email address 
• Select the Send Request button
• The entered email address will then receive an email containing a link to reset your password
• Select the link in the email message to open the Set a New Password page
• Enter a new password
• Select the Submit button, this should reset your password
• Return to the login URL, and enter your account email address and new password to log in
