How do I return my Sage eBook?

Full refunds of the original purchase price of the eBook will be granted by Sage and/or Corwin (as applicable) to the person or entity who originally purchased the eBook if a refund is requested within fourteen (14) days of purchase date by contacting the Sage's Customer Service team at info@sagepub.com. Please include the following information in your correspondence: 

• Original order or invoice number
• ISBN
• Quantity
• Name 
• Email of the purchaser

In addition to this refund policy, your purchase of eBooks through our website is subject to Sage's eBooks terms of use.
