What kind of support is available for Catalyst users once they sign up?

End-user support is available via the link from within Bookshelf, this link will take you to VitalSource Support.


If you would like to raise a support ticket with VitalSource, please visit Submit a request – VitalSource Support 


You can request a password reset from outside Bookshelf, by clicking on "Forgot Password", entering your institutional email address, and clicking submit. Once you receive the email from VitalSource, follow the steps outlined to reset your password.
