What kind of support is available for libraries once they sign up to Catalyst?

Sage Catalyst is sold directly from Sage, and via the VitalSource sales team in selected territories. 

If you purchased access from your Sage representative, please contact them in the first instance detailing what the problem is, with screenshots if possible; Contact your local Sage representative

If you purchased access from a VitalSource representative, then please reach out to their support team directly; Submit a request – VitalSource Support
