How do I resolve an issue with the Payment Portal?

Updating Payment Details

You can update your payment details directly in the portal, unless you are changing your sales

territory (e.g., from UK to the US). If you need to change your territory, please contact [email protected]



Updating Invoice Details 

Please note, any changes to your payment details made in the Payment Portal will not be reflected on the invoice. For any adjustments/changes to the invoice, please contact [email protected]



Password Requirements

To ensure your password meets security standards, make sure it contains:

At least one uppercase letter

  • At least one lowercase letter
  • At least one symbol (e.g., $ ! ? ~)
  • At least one number
  • A minimum of 8 characters



"Bad Request" Error

If you see a "Bad Request" error, please contact [email protected]



Confirmation Portal

If you make a payment and see the message below, please take a screenshot this and email [email protected].

If you're having trouble with accessing our Payment Portal, please check your internet connection and  try the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Mozilla Firefox
