An Entitlement Report shows the content you have entitlements to, regardless of whether or not you are currently subscribed to it. The report is split between two tabs, one showing your current entitlements and the other showing your perpetual entitlements. Your current entitlements can be removed if your subscription lapses, whereas anything you have a perpetual entitlement to will never be removed from this report.
An Entitlement Report request is fulfilled by our Library Support teams, they will work alongside our Circulation and Data teams to obtain a complete list of entitlements related to your account.
