This might be due to a number of factors such as budget finalization, pending approvals, funding issues, or the creation of new contracts or agreements. Sage acknowledges this and grants continued access to all subscribed services during the renewal process.

Will my access be disrupted during the renewal process?

Your access will not be disrupted during the renewal process as Sage provides 90 days grace access to their customers post the expiry of their subscription.
