How do I upgrade my customer's subscription as a subscription agent?

Subscription agents can request to upgrade orders on behalf of their customers. A upgrade is when a customer adds more value to their current subscription, some examples of qualifying changes are:

  • Increased Perpetual access
  • Additional access to back files
  • Upgrading from print only to combined (print + online access)
  • Migrating from a print only subscription to e-only


Customers can choose to upgrade at any point during their current subscription term. Please send your upgrade requests to the relevant contact information based on your location, and inlude the purchase order number and the requested format change.
