A pre-confirmation letter is sent to the institute's registered email address at the end of every year to inform them that the hosting fee invoice will be shared shortly. It also requests confirmation regarding any special requirements for adding information to the hosting fee invoice. We kindly request that you share any specific edits or amendments to your hosting fee invoice at that time.
